brilliant day!

it's been a terrific day. went to the gym early in the morn with mx to work on the upper body. (as always) and chest building up, slowly but surely. YESSAH! i've got the cut cut for tricep. cool!

anyways, found out that 60% of the strength of the arms come from the bicep. cool fact. oh yeah, i absolutely love the abs-torso machine at tampines gym. it's like really fun. the rowing machine is absolutely tiring though. we initially planned to do like 15 minutes of it but instead did like 5 minutes. didn't have the stamina to endure through all 15 minutes. dum dee dums~

i can totally feel the strain now which makes it a good thing cause it shows i totally worked that muscle. tmr is cardio day! swimming swimming!

then came work out for the brains. did like 4 chapters for econs while waiting for dilys to finish up with her work. in the end, i came over to TEEPEE to help her out with her work. that kinda made me feel like free labour cause i helped her like.. cut, glue and all that. so yeah. and then while we walked down to the bus stop she promisd to get me a cuppa milo. lol! so i asked for milo dinosaur. the one at SIMPANG!

and dilys' fren, john, talks very mmm.. femininely. fortunately, he does it to impersonate feminine ppl. so yeah, and then yeah. he did like re-enactments of White Chicks in that typical bimbo tone which made it all too real.

didn't really talk to them cause those arty farty people were busy with their design projects.

yeap yeap, headed down to simpang afterwards for an early dinner and major patching session. patch u know.. like from version 1.12 to 1.13

cause it's been monkey donkey years since i met up with dilys and gav. didnt call kai cause i THOUGHT she had paper tmr. din wanna disturb her. haha

turns out she didn;t have anyth on tmr. so yeap~ SORRY YEAH!

anyways, we talked nonsense all the way during the bus ride to simpang. and there was this dude on the bus who slept through the bus. and remained on the bus even when it got to the interchange. we weren't n ice enough to wake him up. oh well, he seems like a weird dude. cause he's got like long bonde hair and his facial features are like waaaay feminine, BUT the thing is he had kinda like a goatee. so gav and me couldn't decide whether he was a dude or a gal.

in the end we came up with a conclusion that he's a dude because of the goatee.

had lunch/dinner at simpang. and those 2 goons couldn't finish up their murtabaks.. tsk tsk, waste money!! haha. so dilys left like half of hers whereas gav left like.. a quarter?

so much for eating slowly!

went to the playground near tanah merah mrt after the meal to swing around like kids deprived of a fulfilling childhood. HAHA~ dilys and gav suck at swinging la!! haha. must teach them to swing. lol~

oh yeah cycling at east coast.. HMMMM.

and we discussed abt how we've changed since we've got to poly. and shall i say, i've been through drastic changes in life. since poly. i'd say ive grown mature and got more independent i guess. don't really know. mmm

let's see. econs on friday, ALL THE BEST TO ALL YA'LL SITTING FOR EXAMS
