hello there lonesome blog,
first day of school and things didn't really turn out all that great. had stats first, which saw more den half the class without tutorials. can kinda see in the teacher's eyes that she wasn't realli surprised.

wad can i say.

we made it thru one term. when the usual 'deadline' for firstyears is the 5th/6th week.

we made it through 7 freggin weeks, 8 if elearning was completed.

the wonderful teacher den reminded the class of the coming ca on the fourth week, which also falls on yiling's b'day. haha. fantabulous celebrations huh.

up next was the 2 and a half hour break.


spent around 45mins plus eatin mediterranean at fc6.

proceeded to the BizIT lib.

managed to read some gaming mags and passed around batman comics.

next up was MoB where we received our CA1 papers. was really disappointed with mysef. i guess i'm not cut out for that. always knew it. never really had the motivation to listen during lessons and tutorials aren't reali that effective. cuz all that's done during tutorials are copy paste work. and major refering of the notes.

there's no freggin cow sense in that!?

im not blamin anybody but myself though. guess i should have concentrated more on reading the paper rather den to just hastily answer the question and proceed to the next question. i guess i was too abrupt in going through the paper. wasn't really in the mood and therefore didn't give it my all.

moving on, was econs. didn't have the mood to concentrate on the lecture. was just too distracted. sat stoning in the theatre which den lead me to say ' dude.. i catch no balls? '

am in the process of going through econs. CAs for econs coming up soon. am very afraid cuz i haven memorised the formulas and all the acronyms. guess i won't have time to scary movie.

which leads me to my next point.

superman opens this week, and that's a good enough reason to forgo education. argh dammit pirates opening soon. and exam fever will hit us even sooner. GAH! opportunity cost.

so i guess i hafta practice self-control..

and try to study instead of going to the movies watchin fantabulous shows like the abovementioned.

will i succumb to the temptation like i did with dotA? currently i am more hooked on movies. i am still strong-headed against dota.

things happened in class today. screwed up big time. now things are really effed up. major misunderstanding. no disrespect meant.

will things get better soon? i hope so, we still have around 3terms. gonne buckle up my socks so high it'll look like pantyhose.
