I freggin missed the whole d*mned thing. GOD!? and for wad!? for blardy econs dammit.

but from what those who watched told me, i didn't miss much. so that kinda allieviated the pain. managed to catch Gayle's performance as well as Jay's.

Gayle went flat a coupla times, and it was rather obvious but hey, she looked great. I forgot about Jay's performance.

and i just gotta blog abt a super hilarious moment I had yesterday while on the way to SB.

MingXiang and I were walking down the steps of Convention Centre. MX being the gym-buff he is now asked "Dude, how do I look?" I replied "Boobielicious" that caused us to burst out laughing.

After the brief moment of hilarity, i sighed "aaahh.. u and ur A-cup wonders" oh gosh, i dunno if he minds me blogging about this.

AAAH well, brudderhood goes a long way.

Anyway, floorball will help me build up my body. Coach announced that PT will not only be running around. It will include doing weights. I'm clueless balls about gyming so I'm gonna be so suaku when I get there the first time. Uh huh.

But I was already training to bodybuild, but not like those freakish looking body-builders who's got alien shaped muscles which bulge out like baloons.

Pardon that last para because I'm terrible with Descriptives.

OH GOD that reminds me, Effective Comm written would be held in 2 weeks times. No research beforehand. So it's kinda like o lvl essay writing just that there's no choice.

someone was surprised yesterday. surprised in a good way =)

hello there lonesome blog,
first day of school and things didn't really turn out all that great. had stats first, which saw more den half the class without tutorials. can kinda see in the teacher's eyes that she wasn't realli surprised.

wad can i say.

we made it thru one term. when the usual 'deadline' for firstyears is the 5th/6th week.

we made it through 7 freggin weeks, 8 if elearning was completed.

the wonderful teacher den reminded the class of the coming ca on the fourth week, which also falls on yiling's b'day. haha. fantabulous celebrations huh.

up next was the 2 and a half hour break.


spent around 45mins plus eatin mediterranean at fc6.

proceeded to the BizIT lib.

managed to read some gaming mags and passed around batman comics.

next up was MoB where we received our CA1 papers. was really disappointed with mysef. i guess i'm not cut out for that. always knew it. never really had the motivation to listen during lessons and tutorials aren't reali that effective. cuz all that's done during tutorials are copy paste work. and major refering of the notes.

there's no freggin cow sense in that!?

im not blamin anybody but myself though. guess i should have concentrated more on reading the paper rather den to just hastily answer the question and proceed to the next question. i guess i was too abrupt in going through the paper. wasn't really in the mood and therefore didn't give it my all.

moving on, was econs. didn't have the mood to concentrate on the lecture. was just too distracted. sat stoning in the theatre which den lead me to say ' dude.. i catch no balls? '

am in the process of going through econs. CAs for econs coming up soon. am very afraid cuz i haven memorised the formulas and all the acronyms. guess i won't have time to scary movie.

which leads me to my next point.

superman opens this week, and that's a good enough reason to forgo education. argh dammit pirates opening soon. and exam fever will hit us even sooner. GAH! opportunity cost.

so i guess i hafta practice self-control..

and try to study instead of going to the movies watchin fantabulous shows like the abovementioned.

will i succumb to the temptation like i did with dotA? currently i am more hooked on movies. i am still strong-headed against dota.

things happened in class today. screwed up big time. now things are really effed up. major misunderstanding. no disrespect meant.

will things get better soon? i hope so, we still have around 3terms. gonne buckle up my socks so high it'll look like pantyhose.

Sometimes I wonder, looking at the current internationcal music scene. I wonder how artists like Hillary Duff or other nonsensical people ever came to be. Maybe I'm just biased cuz I don't really like that type of music. Honestly, all I care about is why they became popular. Now, no news can be heard of 'em.

Korea's out. Majorly disappointed

Spain will most probably go through.
Couldn't really care much about these 2 groups.

Made a silent comeback to DotA today. Played rather disappointingly, I mean what else can I expect. I haven't played properly in over 6 months. Wasn't as disappointed as I could have been IF I hadn't quit so abruptly. Just to make it clear, I shall only dota out of leisure. That shall be the only (AND I DO MEAN IT) reason to play.

I refuse to let it take hold of my life like it did the last time. At most it'll be a controlled addiction. Perhaps not to the extent of daily gaming, maybe just up to several hours a week. That should suffice the gaming hunger which was screaming out to me today.

My insatiable hunger was satisfied.

Somehow I feel guilty about playin. Main reason, I tried so hard to never touch that game. EVER but I was weak. I didn't have the strength to fight the temptations, DotA called out to me and I couldn't refuse. I am weak. I answered the calling.

I'll listen to aguilera for the time being. I shall trust my inner voice, and DotA in private. Training lonesomely. And makin an explosive official re-entering into the DotA world. That way, I can improve before getting into the action.

Poly life is starting to get really hectic. Presentations coming really soon, projects deadlines are looming all this only in Sem1. There's IDEAS to complete which is a b*tch of a subject. AND THEN SEM TESTS ARE COMING. I can seriously feel the stress just skyrocketing. Gonna have pimple breakouts.

I'll be takin 2new subjects next Sem(FOM and CD). Will also be taking up an elective. So that means an additional module. (FOM/CD swaps with OB/IDEAS).

So let's see, 2nd week: IDEAS presentation and iTab exam.

following that, 4 or 5th week: IDEAS final presentation.

oh the joy of holidays. I will seriously be lookin forward to the following holiday. Sem BREAK. You all know what that means? Almost 2 FUDGING MONTHS OF HOLIDAYS DAMMIT!!

But i'm pretty sure that sem break will be overloaded with projects too and online assignments. Oh god~

Looking back, Sec sch seems tonnes and loads easier. The only consolation I get from poly life, terrific classmates and no sch uniform. GREAT!

Today I indulged in Secret Recipe cakes, i.e Mango cake and Oreo cheesecake. The oreo cake was super rich. Creamy and cookie-full. Right consistency and perfect balance of cheesy taste paired with sweetness.

I swear I'm gettin fat.

Was watching the Ghana-USA match because I felt it's more interesting compared to the Italy-Czech. Both scores are currenly 1-nil, Ghana and Italy leading. Score updates later.

I gotta comment, the World Cup referees ARE issuing yellows and reds more frequently than I hope they should. JUst previously, a Ghana defender was issued a yellow card simply for blocking this USA forward. I mean w-t-f >.<>

Speaking of which, the recent England match where Owen was seriously injured after like 4 mins of play? Screwed up knee i think. That's what made Rooney underperform for that game. Main reason: Too much thoughts. He was obviously afraid of gettin his leg screwed up the way Owen did AND trying to score goals. That was what I thought made Rooney lose concentration and play rather below expectations.

I am currently rooting for GHANA, why? Simply because, GHANA sounds like GAH-NAH.

Ok that was lame >.<

But I think Ghana can make it at least to top8. They are an african nation. So they must have probably trained in the desert. Playin internationally in the BEER CAPITAL OF THE WORLD can be considered duck webbed feet for them.(chicken feet are just bleah)

Emilee made it to the next round. My only comment will be, her family must be rich enough to be able to vote her into the next round. I seriously don't see anybody willing to spare their cash on a getai singer like her. Like seriously, listen to her? Practically almost ALL of the other girls sing bajeebers times better than she does. Ok that wasn't A comment that was MY comments. Gosh is this considered bitching? IS voicing out my feelings and thoughts about something so wrong?

ONE MORE THING! I absolutely, totally, undeniably disagree with a coupla wildcard positions. Of all people WHY!? was Primero picked. Didn't he broadcast enough egoistical chauvinistic qualities on teevee to prove to the judges that featuring him on national television would have detrimental effects on the viewers. That includes the youth who are definitely the future of this nation. Make an informed decision you SG idol judges you! But hey, who am I to judge, I ain't no bigshot jazz local artist or the first local artist to succesfully launch a career internationally.

Just realised that Bruce Wayne is arrested for murder. He escaped prison though, and proceeding with life as the Dark Knight with no attempts to clear his name. His associates are currently trying to help him find the killer. He was suspectedly framed by a ninja person. King of confusion and trickery.




I am currently hoping that the underdogs will shock the balls off the scrotums of male footballs viewers.

that was some of the pix taken during the langkawi trip. How should I describe the place. hmm, try fly infested. No, try winged bugs infested. You can see the bug zapper things. You know the neon lights thingy to attract bugs, and when bugs land on the thing they get zapped. The bzzzzt sound can be easily heard. So noisy! And it's mostly found in restaurants. I mean DUH! Haha. And there was this little dude who kept singing and talking. for eg. 'pergi rumah bapak kau' (go to your father's house) or 'ni rumah datuk kau'(this is your grandfather's place) haha. hilarious little dude. I didn't get his picture though. Oh yeah, we got to this toilet break destination which had a water fountain feature and he went like 'WATER!!!! SWIMMING!!' haha. ultimate cuteness.

Yeap that's all that can be said about langkawi. Fly infested and very laid back. Can u say boring!?

Anyhoo, went to the shizzle pizzle AGAIN this time for Floorball vid-watching. First, it was the previous year's IVP guys matches. Proceeded to the women's matches and then to Div1 final match in PESTA SUKAN.

Selections for Div2 tournament. I'm not entirely sure if I want to participate. My reasons: I don't think I am up to standard to play for the team and IF I were to participate but play substandardly, the better players might just get ticked off and just explode(enranged and effed up)

Joining the team on the other hand would give me exposure

HADY MIRZA GOT IN!! He's certainly my favourite this season. D***ed judge told him on national teevee his performance could be found at any lounge. I mean that's such a terrific way to break a person's spirit la and that could have possibly affected the votes. But my fren told me he knows this Mirza dude so yeah that's cool.

Oh yeah, I'm leaving for Langkawi tmr. For those who ain't got no clue where that is. Don't ask me. I'm clueless balls bout it too.

All I know is that it's way farther from SG compared to KL. HEH? re-phrase: it's than KL to SG.

I'm really hoping that I get to eat tons of seafood there. Sambal stingray, crabs and all that jazz. The flipside to it is that the journey there would take a whole fudging night. That means I have to sleep the night away IN THE BUS! Bless my ass with enough flesh just so that I can withstand it.

that roslan dude did pretty well too! his voice was reali smooth (or as my dad said smoooot la). he just need a morale boost cuz i can see he wasn't reali confident bout his skills but DUDE U CAN SO TOTALLY SING. so i'm seriously hoping this roslan dude makes it thru to the next round and prove that there's still a place for R&B and soulful music in the local music scene. Go get 'em!

Anyhooo, went back to the shizzle pizzle (SP) for IDEAS project. For the non-SP students or less informed SP students, it stands for Innovation, De-sign and Enterprise in Action. It's so totally creativity and i ain't creative. BUT, oh no. However, grp projects are helping me pull up the marks. So thank god for grp projects.

On the way to sch wit the MX-man. haha. MingXiang called me PS King of the Kings! i mean wadd!? i just ps'ed him for that x-men movie la. haha. I dun deny the fact that i DID PS HIM and shaun la.
